Farmleigh

Printed on recycled velvet in Manchester.

It seems likely that Farmleigh was the in-house ticking fabric used by the redoubtable firm of Maple & Co. — Drapers, Furnishers & General Upholsterers — in the latter half of the 19th century. This design was taken from a chair they supplied to the Guinness family for Farmleigh outside Dublin.
